AENOR, a leading company in trust generation that has audited Arima’s capacity, has concluded that the carbon footprint calculator driven by the Bolschare Group, dedicated to the management of agricultural, energy and medical assets, is a pioneer in Europe in complying with the ISO 14064 standard, the basis for accounting for greenhouse gas emissions.

Bolschare has achieved AENOR validation of its carbon footprint calculator, which reaffirms it as a powerful tool for measuring and reducing carbon footprint. This validation gives veracity to the methodology used in the tool and demonstrates the Group’s leadership in the agricultural sector. This fact also consolidates the Group as a company committed to the great challenges of sustainability that society demands. In fact, the company itself emphasizes that as a result of this accreditation and the valuation achieved as a result of this milestone, the Bolschare Group has become the new Spanish “agricultural unicorn”.

The tool for calculating the direct and indirect CO2 impact complies with the requirements of the 14064 standard, which is a milestone insofar as, for the first time in the agricultural world, a tool of these characteristics contemplates carbon measurements for scopes 1 and 2 (direct actions) and for scope 3 (indirect actions).
