Integral management
digital
Arima’s field notebook provides a detailed record of agricultural activities, including information on personnel, equipment and specific actions.
It integrates data from various sources such as tractor GPS and weather stations, and also allows manual input of information, providing a full view of the farm.
Digitization of the field notebook offers the following benefits:
- Improved operational performance.
It allows the optimization of resources and maximizes efficiency.
- Error reduction.
Automation of repetitive tasks and digital data recording reduce the likelihood of human error.
- Optimization of the use of inputs.
By providing detailed information on the use of agricultural inputs, digital field notebooks help farmers optimize their use and reduce waste.
- Improved sustainability.
Detailed monitoring of agricultural activities and their impact on the environment facilitates the adoption of more sustainable and environmentally friendly agricultural practices.
- Facilitation of regulatory compliance.
Digital field notebooks help farmers comply with legal and regulatory requirements related to farm management and food safety.
digital
With this service, Arima makes it possible to monitor in real time everything that happens in the farms from the data obtained from other modules.
A digital twin is a virtual replica of a physical object that spans its entire life cycle. It uses real-time data sent by integrated sensors to simulate its behavior and monitor its operations accurately and continuously.
Digital twin technology makes it possible to monitor an asset’s performance, identify potential failures and make informed maintenance and life-cycle decisions.
Having "the farm in your pocket" allows different advantages:
- Better performance.
They provide real-time knowledge and information to optimize the performance of equipment, plants or facilities, addressing problems as they arise and reducing downtime.
- Predictive capabilities.
They provide a complete, digital view of the installations, allowing problems or failures to be detected as they occur through intelligent sensors, enabling preventive action to be taken before serious damage occurs.
- Remote supervision.
It enables remote monitoring and control of installations and reduces the number of people who have to control potentially hazardous industrial equipment.
- Accelerated production time.
The digital twin allows you to run fictitious scenarios to see how the product or plant reacts to failures and make the necessary changes before actual production.
carbon footprint
Arima integrates a carbon footprint calculator based on MITERD (Ministry for Ecological Transition and Demographic Challenge) model tables and studies conducted by agencies or organizations such as FAO and the UN.
The calculator is designed to measure and evaluate greenhouse gas emissions generated by agricultural activities, such as crop production, livestock raising, fertilizer and pesticide use, soil management, and energy consumption. It considers all direct and indirect emissions, complying with the requirements of ISO 14064.
Among the benefits of this module are:
- Regulatory compliance.
Service aligned with current standards to ensure accurate and reliable measurements.
- Guaranteed accuracy.
Arima’s calculator is the only one on the market certified to ISO 14064.
- Impact reduction.
Identifies opportunities to reduce emissions by promoting sustainable agricultural practices.
- Continuous monitoring.
Allows constant monitoring, helping to adjust and improve mitigation strategies.
- Sustainability.
Contributes to the fight against climate change, favoring more sustainable and responsible operations.
Having "the farm in your pocket" allows different advantages:
- Field notebook report.
The information obtained in real time through the digital field notebook is transformed into graphs that provide us with the necessary data to make decisions in all the agricultural processes of the farm. In addition, Arima adapts its operation to the requirements of the governments of each region.
- ESG Report.
In order to comply with all the protocols established by the EU in terms of environmental, social and governance management, Arima carries out a comprehensive ESG report evaluating the company’s sustainable and ethical practices.
- Warehouse management report.
Arima manages the stock of all phytosanitary products used in agricultural work and includes a report on the economic management derived from the activity.
- Biodiversity report.
Arima’s report addresses the importance of agricultural biodiversity, the challenges it faces and strategies for its conservation and sustainable use.
Biodiversity has direct implications for financial risks, investment opportunities, consumer demands and regulatory compliance. Ignoring these factors can result in missed investment opportunities and exposure to unforeseen financial risks.
To generate this type of reports we rely on a RESTY API that retains the input of different inputs from the digital field notebook. The analysis of this data provides valuable information for our clients. From our platform we offer a biodiversity report ranging from conservation to community participation and social equity.
